The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a cab and was told that it will be at my destination in aprox 5 mins. Waited 20, called again, and after being on hold for 5 more minutes they told me my taxi will arrive in 1 minute. After another 15 minutes of waiting I called the company again and they told me that for some random and obviously fake reason my order was not processed. All in all after waiting for more than 40 minutes outside in a really really cold windy night I ended up walking home. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ...read more
