I love doing business with Cheryl Sears, Katie, and Angela. It is always such a joy to walk into their office, or talk with them on the phone. I make a point of paying my insurance at their office, just to get the chance to gab with them for a bit. Since Cheryl took over the agency, it always feels warm and welcoming, kind of like visiting with a good friend. A while back I had a minor accident, yet it was still upsetting. Katie walked me through the process, and answered all my questions. If she did not know the answer, she would find someone who did. Just recently I have had the pleasure of getting to know the newest member to their State Farm Family, Angela. She is always a joy to talk to when I go in to pay my bill. No matter how busy she is, she takes time to take care of her customers in a friendly, professional manner. They are all wonderful ladies to deal with. They treat their customers like friends, along with treating them with respect. Whenever I hear anyone talking about shopping around for insurance, I urge them to go see Cheryl and her ladies.
