I rented a storage unit from this company in good faith.. With no bill reminder and whilst still getting settled into my new home, I was a few days late with payment and wasn't aware of the dollar a day late fee until I received a remittance card a few days later informing me that my unit had been locked pending the $5 late payment... When I queried such extreme measures for the sake of $5, clearly a simple and innocent error on my part, I was lambasted over the phone, screamed at by the owner and hung up on. This is certainly not the customer service one expects from any company, particularly the smaller ones. I would most certainly not recommend this service to anyone. There are superior storage facilities in the area and a little extra distance is certainly worth an improved service. Most assuredly not a good company. ...read more
