This location is a great looking facility from the outside in safe, convenient location. This place was good initially for my grandfather as staff were compassionate and rooms were good size. However - since early 2007 this place has gone downhill quickly. Cosmetically they have made improvements since new management in 2007-2008, but service has declined significantly. Resident administrator from 2007 was friendly (when face-to-face), but not honest and did not seem to care for people (co-workers or residents) at facility. Has since quit/been asked to resign/moved on. New management/corporate business owners have sent all MEDICAID residents out of facility due to desire to fill with private pay only (regardless of promises made to family, length of stay, etc). Same w/Mallory House in Idaho Falls. Both locations have several vacancies in 2008. Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
