took comp there to be fixed and when I got it back they had locked me out of my comp. Comp warehouse also lost everything in back up file. Won't go back again! they also took 2 wks to reformat and back up files. the price wasn't bad but service sucked!!!! ...read more

So glad to discover Pocatello Mac. When my Mac Powerbook got fried Eric found the cause and specified what parts needed to be replaced; instead I bought a new IMac and he then transferred the data off the notebook hard drive onto the new one.
