I was a client of A to Z services, enrolling my three children when one day I was called to come and pickup my child because she supposedly had head lice. I left school, my wife left work we took my child to the urgentcare and had 2 doctors sign off on what was merly hairspray. Just goes to show how poorly trained the staff was. I exspected a apology, instead they insisted that they did the right thing. Wasting my time , my wifes time, the cost of the Dr. visits, and the humiliation of my child. The owner/manager would not do the right thing instead got very unprofessional and verbally abusive. I notified the Health Department of their fraudulant certifications that didnt exist. Also the better Bussiness Bureau. I would strongly suggest that if you are interested in taking your children to this facility you check it out first and varify all certifications and not take their word for it. I cannot believe how much my husband has changed since receiving services from this agency! He is still seeing them and he is a different person! He has a PSR worker and a Case Manager and goes to counseling here---they have more services than this. I don't know where we would be without them. They are wonderful! ...read more
