I had a huge problem even trying to get some help on one of my tv's. The service center wanted me to pay a service fee just to find a part! Services prices are terrible and customer service is lacking to say anything. I'll take my tv's for service in Blackfoot at a really good mom & pop electronics store there. Before I moved into town from the east coast, I researched washers and dryers and decided on Bosch. I did not buy it at Lowe's--but instead a local dealer (Pocatello Electric) because they had an appliance service center in their basement and because I wanted to buy local. I spent a little more money--but IT WAS WORTH IT!!!!!! The washer and dryer weren't in yet from Bosch when we rolled into town and moved into our new house (and neither was our moving van) after one week cross country driving. Pocatello electric sent us a brand new washer and dryer and installed it JUST TO USE until ours arrived from the factory!!!! Talk about special treatment!!! Lowe's wouldn't done that for us! Also, the one time we had a problem with the dryer, I called the service center at 4pm on Monday and they came out at 8:30AM the next day. No two week wait to get a repair man.
