If your thinking of buying a Hubble Home I would think again. What your buying is such poor quality that you will totally regret your buying decision before you even move in. Dont let the crafty sales agents fool you. They are building junk homes. Dont believe me just go to a hubble neighborhood and ask around or better yet open up the phone book and look for home inspectors and ask them. I am super shocked with so many complaints the web hasnt exploded with negative comments unless they pay to get them removed. Dont fall for there hype. If you want a cheap house go to CBH and you will get a better home or pony up and use a builder with a good reputation.Home buyers and Real Estate Agents you have been warned! ...read more

I wish their was a 0 star rating as that is what is deserved. My experience was such that I filed a BBB report and contacted the property owner as from the beginning Complete Property Management did not fulfill promises were negligent and late with repairs that then caused further damage, and in the end after I repaired dings from move in and cleaned the entire house to a standard at which the house only was found after I had 2 weeks to clean it upon move in, I had almost my entire deposit stolen in blatantly fraudulent fees.
