Leadore is a part of the center eastern most region of Idaho in Lemhi County known for its small town appeal and history surrounding the Gilmore and Pittsburg Railroad. Major attractions include Meadow Lake and Big Eightmile Campground. Among the biggest companies in Leadore are Telephone Company and Formation Capital Corporation. The biggest schools here are Leadore School and Leadore High School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Leadore is Meadow Lake .

I called the Leadore Inn and was told that they had a room available. I booked the room for my boss. When he arrived they told him that they did not have any rooms available. What is the point of accepting reservations if you are going to give the room away? Luckily, there is another hotel in town which had rooms. It is embarassing to make reservations for someone else and have the hotel not honor them. I would not recommend even trying to book a room there. Try the Homestead! ...read more
