I am new to the area and I recently asked a friend who has lived here all his life if there was a full service car wash around that I could get my vehicle cleaned. My friend referred me to your Cardon's car wash. Upon arrival the salesperson greeted me and was very professional. I then told him that I wanted a wax, a vacuum and a good wash that would also get me wheels clean and I wanted the tires shined. He recommended the Superworks wash package. I was very excited and anticipated SUPER results, however the results were much less than SUPER. First when I walked in and sat down there were five employees standing around using inapropriate language and none of them had any enthusiasm to be there that was obvious from there conversation. When my car was pulled out to the area where they vacuum and clean windows the employees showed anamosity at the fact they even had to clean a car that day. The quality of their work was very poor. i have gone to Cardon's for a long time. in the time that i have gone there i have been treated fairly i have become close with a few of the friendly salesman. however i have noticed in the last few months that the employees have seemed melancholy and as if they are not as happy to work on my vehicle. i still feel welcomed by the friendly salesmen and management from time to time however the laborers need some more motivation obviously. also please bring back the hand dryers!!! ...read more
