From the first time we walked in the door Diale treated us with respect and made us feel like we were a important customer. We talked over the colors that we wanted with him and realized soon that he had better ideas than we did so we handed it over to him and we are very very happy with the outcome. We get alot of compliments and always say who did the nice work. If we were not completely satisfied with something he was more than happy to do what we wanted done.We did not have to make a app. months ahead to get it done and it was done in three weeks and back in our garage. Oak-framed couches and love seats are hard to come by. With a want to refinish and re-dye our couch and love seat, the folks at Custom Design discussed costs and return on investment. My wife and listened to the Custom Deign owner and chose to have our couch and love seat reupholstered with a robust material that is stronger than leather and fade resistent. The cost was the same as if we were to buy new....but heavy oak frame couches with cross supports are hard to find. So, we let them have at it. The couch and love seat are beautiful. Diale carpeted my car and built interior panels. The stitching was top notch and the design was good but they weren't fit properly to the vehicle, so they ended up looking tacky. The carpet had jagged seams with exposed glue. Mediocre work for top dollar ...read more
