I have been fairly satisfied with the service that you provide. And appreciate the hard work that everyone does. But, I feel compelled to share a bit with you that needs attention. Your bus drivers are omitting bus stops. And they have a tendency to speed past the destination stops of riders. It is understandable when the bus has 4-5 passengers. And drivers have a lot going through their minds. But, it is unacceptable when it has but one passenger. I have chosen to overlook these incidents in past. Which, is my mstake. It would be in the best interest of TRPTA to have the drivers follow the route,and if need be. Write down all destinations of passengers to minimize problems. Thank you. ...read more
