I tried to give NO stars but it wouldn't let me. I was treated so poorly both by the girl who answered the phone in the office and by the older woman out in the warehouse. I received a pair of defective gloves as a gift. They had the BC tag on them, so I tried to contact them. I finally just threw the gloves away and wrote it off as a bad experience. I've worn my gloves ragged and have tried on many, many pair over many years and have never purchased a single one. If they don't feel good they won't get worn was always my reasoning. My sister sent these deerskin gloves for Christmas after patiently waiting every time I found gloves to try on while visiting her in Nampa from Western Oregon. She saw how picky I was.
