Clark Ford is a part of the Bonner County area in Idaho. Major attractions include Seagull Charters and Panhandle Wildlife Management Area. The biggest schools here are Elk Mountain Academy and Elk Creek Academy. The biggest companies here are Meriwether Inn and Huckleberry Tent and Breakfast near Sandpoint Idaho. Each year there is an annual New Years Parade. One of the best places to visit when you are in Clark Fork is Timber Ridge Preparatory School.

Unfortunately, I had Peterson build my home. They were difficult to work with from day 1. They refuse to honor their home warranty for starters. They do not communicate in professional manner whatsoever. I have had to file a complaint with the Secretary of State of North Dakota as well as hire an attorney. I had a flooring inspector actually find that they used actual dirt to level the carpet in my basement. The carpet in my entire home is buckling because it was never stretched during installation. I contacted them regarding the repair and they said it was due to "neglect". I had to hire an actual professional flooring inspector to inspect my flooring and he found that the faulty flooring was 100% installation related. Even when Peterson was notified of this, they still refused to honor their warranty. I also have a deck they refuse to repair as well. I had a professional building inspector come and notify me that it actually poses a safety hazard and to do my best not to occupy it until repaired. I have documentation to back all of this up. In summary, DO NOT HIRE Peterson Construction. They have been a complete nightmare to work with. They have acted completely disrespectful to my family and I. I was told by the owner of this company that they do back ground checks on all employees and they are all CNA (certified nurse assistants). My dad needed 24/7 care after leaving the hospital and we believed he was being taken care of by people who had medical training. I was later told that the women has not worked in 20 years and did not have a CNA license. I reduced a very rude email demanding payment when we has yet to revive any bill. Apparently they put the wrong city and zip code and got the bill back. We also got overcharged and when I brought it to their attention I got a very rude email. It took a week to get the corrected bill and then again they demanded payment. I have copies of all emails if there is any kind of comment left from them. They would not provide me with their Idaho business license or with the proper CNA document a for the women that they sent to helps dad. I'm very disappointed in this company. ...read more
