In regards to this budget customer, we are given basic information when giving a quote. When the customer then comes in to pick their truck up, any additional items they add to the contract will then adjust the deposit accordingly. This location is also a Budget Rental location for moving trucks. My review is based on that and not the actual work on a car. I want to be fair, before I state my complaint. My experience with them was truly dreadful. I was misquoted an estimate for the truck rental and incomplete information was given. This could have been an oversite and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them to work out the issue. When I called I was greeted with an extremely rude gentleman who wouldn't even let me complete my issue before saying to me, "What is your question???". I asked him why there was a discrepancy on my deposit and he said it wasn't his issue and to call Budget directly. Frankly, the information given to me was not from Budget, but from a woman earlier in his store. Then, they charged us for a hand truck (dolly) and did not provide it. We have to do a complete household move without it. He is reimbursing us the dolly, but that is little help. Rude and untrustworthy. ...read more
