Greener Valley Computer Store

1.0

The computer told me there was no audio output device installed. I was told to go onto the HP website and download the drivers and I did so. Nothing worked to get the sound working. Two days later I took the laptop back in and was told to "leave the computer for an hour" and I would be called after that hour. Two hours later I started calling them. An hour of calling every fifteen minutes I finally got through. I was told that the Diagnostics weren't done running and I would be called when it was. I was told the motherboard was bad and there are nor replacements to order. I searched on my PHONE and found replacements. I am sure they ordered the parts to fix the computer to sell for a higher price. Greener sets unreasonable expectations and lies. They would rather make a quick buck than gain a lifelong customer. ...read more
