Don't know if you are the head office...if not please send this on. I was treated very poorly at your Provo, Utah store today. The other day I bought 3 Lindor truffles that were supposed to be 3/$1. When I got home I realized I had been charged $3 instead...I called & she told me to come back in. Today when I went in I was pressed for time to meet my daughter's bus & only went in because it is close to where I had an appt. & don't get there often. I asked for a cash refund instead of choosing 2 items for "free". She said we don't give "refunds"...I said I understand, but this is not a refund you made a mistake & overcharged me...she said the company still doesn't like to give refunds...I went to look & realized I didn't have time & said I'll just get the things next time I'm in & she said NO you can only get things today. When I said this is YOUR mistake & you HAVE MY MONEY she grudgingly wrote "$2 store credit". It's only $2 but I am OUTRAGED at being treated so poorly!!! ...read more
