Terrible customer service that has driven away a potential loyal customer. I couldn't get help with a product I bought that I wasn't happy with. They wouldn't give me a refund of $25 dollars. Arrogant business that apparently does not need more customers. They would not even take the time to see if we could do business with some custom work I wanted them to do. They told me I was not a big enough account for them to waste time on. They were rude and arrogant saying they are not taking any new customers when I pressed why. They even went as far as to hang up on me when I was trying to find out why. I would stay clear of them and take you business to someone who needs and wants it. ...read more
