Competitive buyer - YA RIGHT - the guy there talks down to you, tells you that your things are junk and offers pennies to dollar of actual value. This place just waits for the unsuspecting to become victims of their business, or deserpate people looking to make a couple bucks. I went in with what I had valued at around 12500 dollars worht of gold coins, just to have a "professional" look at them. When I entered, I was not greeted, and I asked about having someone look at my coins. I was told to wait in line so that the specialist could look at them. I had no intention of selling them, but after a few minutes of waiting, one of the 2 unoccupied workers approached me and told me they would buy them for 200 dollars a coin. After explaining to him that I just wanted someone to take a quick look who had more professional knowledge, he told me that it was 65 dollars an hour and they only do it for insurance purposes. The way this was handled, I felt as if I had been slapped. The man became annoyed and it really felt insulting. My wife who was standing next to me grabbed my arm and led me out before I said something I would regret. Instead I said "we'll just take off," and we left.
