So, I paid my $25.00 parking ticket to Republic Parking Northwest, but I only paid it in 20 days and apparently it was due in 14 days. They whacked me with a whopping $25 late fee. Really? Most creditors are happy to be paid within 20 days, 14 days is bad. $25 late fee is really bad business, too, a $5 or $10 late fee I could handle. Way to punish people for being your customers. The work we had done last week to install our new furnace and air conditioner units was done very efficiently, professionally and with a minimum amount of stress to us. From Richard who was our first contact with your company, who came to our home to see just what we needed.inspection of the premises, with full explanations of what was needed and some things we were not aware of that needed work to make everything work more efficiently. We were very pleased with his polite and no pressure way. Plus the price he quoted us helped us with our final decision to go with your company. The crew came the very next day. James John and Greg couldn't have been nicer. They explained what they were going to do and did their work quickly and professionally. Very very conscientious and nice to deal with.
