I had an eye exam and ordered a new pair of glasses last year at this location. All of the people were extremely professional and knowledgeable and my prescription and glasses have been perfect. The best part is, I recently found a lost lens from an old pair of glasses purchased in another state. I took them to this location and they completely re-built a pair of glasses from another vendor, of a brand they don't carry, made the lenses fit better than they ever had, and provided a carrying case. I would have gladly paid for the excellent service, but when I asked, they said no charge. I just don't find this level of excellent customer service very often in today's world. After reading reviews of this company I thought I'd take a chance in order to save some money. I spent more than I should have and am completely unhappy with the two pairs of glasses (with progressive lenses) I got. There is something wrong with the way the lenses are made-after 3 months I still can't get used to the narrow area I have to read through. My previous progressives at other places were not like this. If you need to replace the lenses in your glasses, do so carefully to keep your glasses in good condition. To replace lenses, remove the screws from your frames and push out the lenses.
