NEVER. NEVER. NEVER AGAIN. I recently moved from Eagle to South Boise and had to start taking my vehicles to the Les Schwab at overland and Cole. I had been a very satisfied customer at the Eagle location for many years. I have a '56 Chevy that I wanted to have some brake work done on (they have worked on it for me before at the Eagle shop) so took it to the overland and cole shop. it was Friday and they were busy so the girl at the counter said it would be about an hour and a half before they could even look at it. my wife and I waited for TWO HOURS. The girl then came to find us and asked if the work was for our Camry, which they couldn't find in the parking lot. I told her twice when we checked in that the work was for a '56 Chevy. they finally pulled it into the bay, and did nothing. then, 15 minutes later, one of the guys told us that it is CORPORATE POLICY not to work on older cars. I called the Eagle shop and the guy there said, not problem, we'll take care of you. ...read more

Very disappointing today. I brought my car in to check on a tire that seemed to be losing air and also asked if they could rotate the tires. They told me the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour I asked if there was a problem because it had been sitting in a bay for some time, and each time I looked I didn't see anyone attending to it. I also noticed that people who came in after me had left long before me. They checked and came back and told me the person who started working on it left for lunch and didn't let anyone know to take it over to complete it. Had I not asked I would have been there more than two hours. ...read more
