My Driver apologizes for the bad experience you had using a designated driver service. Recently, many people have been picked up by a different service who have been allowing the customers to assume that they are calling My Driver, formerly We Cab, but have been picked up by Carey from We Drive. After checking our log book from December 30th - January 2nd, we do not have any record of a pick up with a stop at Wal-Mart. Also, it is our policy that our drivers do not participate in personal conversations on his or her cell phone while with customers. There has been quite a lot of confusion regarding customers who mistake My Driver (formerly We Cab) with We Drive. Please be assured that if your driver is making you uncomfortable in any way, if you call the dispatch number (208) 353-7345, you will be speaking with Ray, and no one else. We are doing everything in our power to make sure that our customers receive the best customer service and we appreciate you bringing this continued issue of We Drive's misrepresentation to our attention. ...read more

I was refered to the company by friends, but when i got the call from a lady saying she was on her way (i cannot remember her name i only believe that it started with a C or a K), I may have been drunk but i was sober enough to hear how rude she was speaking to me....the only other time i have felt the amount of disrespect pouring out of this womans mouth was when i shopped at walmart. she then proceeded to be on her phone while she drove my car, she veered out of the driving lane more then once, because she couldnt put her phone down and she was not talking buisness. when we went to pay the woman our fee, she did not offer our change back she just took the money and left. We still intended on giving her and the other driver a tip, the fact that she just took it like she had a right to it, was completly un called for. I am so not pleased with the service given to me, i could of driven better drunk. She is a horriable example for your company and if i were you i would dismiss her. I will not be using your service agian and i will not be refering you to any of my friends. ...read more
