This company is a "bait and switch" claims to not have a contract which in fact they do! We had to sell our vacation home in Boise due to health issues and they are enforcing their contract in full! It took me two days to get their office support staff Clarrissa to return my call for her to be rude and disrespectful! After that she asked if we were going to pay or should she go ahead and send it to collections! Poor poor customer service, this company run like a low class car dealership...
