I'm giving this review one star, only because that's the lowest rating I'm allowed to give. I purchased a gift certificate for my wife last Christmas so she could have her car detailed. When she tried to schedule an appointment on three separate occasions and kept getting the runaround. Finally an appointment was made “Drop it off on Wednesday morning at 9:00”. We did, and nobody was there. We called the number on the side of the trailer. I was told that nobody had written it down on the schedule and they usually didn’t get there until 9:30, or so. My wife went back by to drop off the keys and the “kid” that was working there just wrote her name and phone number down and she asked him if he would call when the car was ready. No phone call. She went by around 4:30 and nobody was there. She had to call the owner to find out where her car keys were. She was told the “kid” left them in the visor. When she tried to explain the crappy job that was done, the owner just hung up on her. The car was poorly vacuumed and the dash board was wiped down and the exterior washed for $89.00. When I purchased the gift certificate, below is what I was told would be done. Interior Detail… Exterior wash, detail jambs, clean and deodorize headliner, all fabric will be steam cleaned and extracted, all cracks and vents will be detailed and blown out with compressed air, seats and door panels cleaned and leather conditioned were necessary, all hard surfaces will be cleaned, dress tires, exterior windows cleaned...............$125 $89 special for Christmas. The only part that was done from this list was the exterior wash and the door jams. None of the rest was done. There is dirt left in the corners of the door by the windows. The owner does not do well when confronted with poor workmanship. His solution is to hang up on you. Better Business Bureau and probably small claims court for me. ...read more

Worst by a fair stretch in Boise. A bunch of potheads with rags. they WILL use your vehicle for their own purposes! My wife's x5 had never had the cigarette lighter used until Ultra touched it. These's guys are schmegma's schmegma. Avoid them and their village idiot Dave Tinywiener. ...read more
