Atomic City is a part of the Bingham County, region/metro area of Idaho, United States. The towns population is 25. There was once a time Atomic City, Idaho was actually called Midway, Idaho. This might have been because the town is between the towns of Arco and Blackfoot. The town has one store and one bar. There is an RV park on the south side end of town that comes with full hookups, and in the summers there they have stock car races.
