I have been seeing PA Kim Vetter for about 10 years now and have always been happy. Kim is knowledgeable, personable and sweet. You are right about the office staff, sometimes they can be a little intense, but Kim can make that okay. i like it at greehill for the most part and i've nearly always had exceptional care. i only had one visit that i came away in tears and took it up with the director who was very kind. but my big complaint is i miss the Physician Assistants. they no longer have ANY . all the ones i've had in the past many years have left unhappy. i wondered if anyone knew why or what was going on there. i miss having that option when i'm not all that sick but know i need an antibiotic or salve of some sort and i hate to tie up a doctors time who may be helping a heart patient or a cancer patient. but again all the ones i've really liked moved on and were unhappy. what is wrong there? ...read more

He couldn't do it in his office so he had to borrow the hospital room. Dr. Bastung tried to charge us $800 for 7 minutes of his precious time but ins. co. fought that and got it down to $300. Hospital charged us $1100.00 for the use of a gurney...no anesthetic..just a local. So..because a doctor couldn't take out a cyst at Greenhill..all they could do was refer me( which I'm sure they get their cut) I end up paying $1500.00 for 7 minutes total time and a nice Frankenstein like scar to show for it.. All they care about is $$$ ...read more
