If there were minus stars it would be more accurate. The place was nice and quiet a few years ago but managment has brought in large families with rude children who scream like banshees at 9:00 at night (some of us do go to bed early) and people who run over their neighbors' property like it was their own. If they want to pay my lot rent, fine, go ahead and run. But they aren't going to do that. Management will not do anything about this so unless you like a loud environment with unactive vs proactive managment I suggest you find a better place to live. Don't live here unless you want extremely unfriendly neighbors and landlords. There were maybe 3 people I met in all my time there that acknowledged my existance, other than that I might as well have been in the Sahara Desert. And they all acted like yuppies. Yuppies in a trailer court? Management will leave you crappy notes telling you what you are doing wrong but never had the guts to come and and tell me face to face.
