I went in to try on wigs. The lady was nice, but when I came to work with my new purchase I talked to my coworkers. They were appalled that I paid so much money for a wig that wasn't even new in the package and when I called to ask if there was any way to get a refund (I realize the receipt says no refunds) they didn't want to hear it! I guess I wasn't prepared, but when my coworkers told me that it should have been in a sealed package and that I should never have paid that much, I was not happy. I would understand a non return policy on something that was sealed, but this clearly wasn't. Who knows where that wig was before me?? I'm going to Mid-K instead, better product for WAY less money!! ...read more

Would rate @ sub zero. Went to shop on last tuesday. Have recent dx of cancer and recent chemo and therefore have lost all my hair. The 2 women were unprofessional, uncaring and couldn't see why I woulnt remove my hat in front of everyone in the store. They would not assist me to find appropriate wigs and then when ready to go they charged $6.00 fee for trying on the wig!!!!!!!!!!! They were very rough on my sore scalp, poking at me with a pick and yanking my head about. I will recommend to everyone I know and see that they do not visit this horrid place!!!! I tried to call the next day to get the name of the owner, but they refused to give it to me stating" they not here." ...read more

Why should a guy with not a lot of hair, pay a lot of money. Here is a place where the price is right, the service is good, and teh haricut is exactly as i ask. What more can you ask for. ...read more
