29Oct2010 2:27 pm. I visited Gralnek-Dunitz Co. attempting to sell scrap Iron,steel,Sheet Metal and clean copper tubing I also had a hot water heater. In my observation of there customer service it was ok, However fully aware of current pricing on each Item I was selling the net weight sold was 210 LBS and I was given $6.00. After leaving and calling the business back to let them know I was going to return and pick up the Items left, Due to the Amount of cash they had given me. I received a call back they then offered me Two more dollars. Because they had went through the Items and did find some copper. I now have to write my goverment review which they will be getting a copy of. However I want consumers to know they need to watch out for this type of Business and consider doing there business elsewhere. ...read more
