First off, This place has bad service. My clothes caught on fire in the dryer!! smoke was literally coming off of it! and it smelled of burning clothes. I had to throw away one of my favorite blankets because it was burnt. I was not angry but I was worried about it being a hazard/safety concern since you could see smoke coming from my clothes and I did not want this happening to anyone else. So I politely went up to the desk person and informed her of this mishap. instead, of thanking me for informing her politely she goes off to tell me how i should do my laundry?? excuse me?? I'm the customer you should be apologizing! for the reason being number #1 your dryer burnt my laundry!! your lucky I didn't SUE you this is a safety issue. anyway....worst place to go don't go there! bad customer service. I had to throw away some of my clothes because most of it was burnt and non usable ...read more
