My wife and I and family have dealt with Terry at Toyota of DSM on several occasions, and I felt it was important to make it known that he is always a pleasure to deal with. As a husband I always worry how my wife will be treated when working with a car dealership, and time nd time again Terry has been able to set my mind at ease. He is on the sales side of the business but thinks nothing about helping us on the service and needs side of things. We own a 10 year old SUV but, he always goes above and beyond to see that our needs are met like its a $50k brand new truck. I recently had to replace my old car. I was tired of looking everywhere, someplaces wouldn't even come out to help me. James at Extreme treated me with respect and not a dollar sign.
