Good quality material but bad communication between myself and representative. When issues occur would not compromise or let you talk to a supervisor. Sad quality artwork on expensive sweat jacket. Website for proofing final artwork is misleading and the customer has to second guess the product will be satisfactory. I was walking past House of Leathers the other day and the store employees had their clothes rack all over the mall in front of their store. One of their employees came running over to a couple of kids, maybe 7-8 years old, and started to scream at them for touching his crappy merchandise.
