Todd's Shoes for Wonen

First of all, there is a typo in this entry. It should be Todd's Shoes for Women, rather than Wonen. This store is now closed. I purchased a pair of shoes during their closeout sale but didn't realize they were Narrow width until after I got them home. They seemed ok when I tried them on at the store. I called and they said they could stretch them, but I've tried that before with no luck. Anyway, I wish they would have given me an official date for closure because I went back on July 12th and just missed their closing time of 6pm. Went back a week later and the store was empty. I tryed to use another shoe place in town. Took shoe in and was told to wait for one week. They required $11 cash up front, when I returned they said they were not done and would not be for another week. I asked for shoe back. They would not refund my money and screwed me out of it. Went to Bills shoe shop that same day. Said he would have the shoe done by next day and it would be $5. It was done as he said and I was very pleased. ...read more

For the second time in the 53rd street store, I was treated rudely by an older heavy weight associate. I buy alot of shoes and I do believe Todds has good shoes but I refuse to be treated as if I'm a burden by a positively negative, rude salesperson. I will be more than happy to go to another store to purchase shoes. ...read more
