We hired MidAmerica to waterproof the basement of our house in Tipton, Iowa. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. Our salesman, Mac, spent as much time as necessary to make sure the right products and treatments were used at our house, and he answered all my questions. He returned phone calls promptly. At the office, Amanda always answered the phone in a friendly manner and immediately took care of anything that was needed. Most of all, the work crew -- Alec, Cortez and Brandon -- did an extremely good job on our project. I am completely satisfied with the end result.
