I was in the market for some cutting tools. When I spoke on the phone with Chad, I was completely appalled. Not only was this young man rude, but his language was vulgar. I took my business elsewhere because as a customer, I refuse to be treated like that. As an older citizen, I would appreciate some respect, however Mr. Chad informed me that I should just hire the work done because I would not be capable of handling the job.
