I've had Marzens tow my car several times, and they are always very friendly and helpful. They are there to get my car very quick, and they work hard to make sure my car is fixed right. I had my truck towed several months ago. The tow truck driver, Dean, came and helped me seperate my load, got my truck loaded, and got me to Charles City. He even helped me find a hotel room after the reservations I was supposed to have were not made. He also got my truck to where it needed to be very quickly. I talked to the shop that worked on my truck about Dean (who is the owner of the company) later, and they said they use him all the time because he always does a great job and goes out of his way to help folks out. They also said they use him because his towing rates are really reasonable and he has all the equipment to handle anything.
