We bought a Chevy Blazer from them and had it 12 days and it died on my husband on the side of the road in a snow storm. After it sat there for 3 days Auto Matrix finally towed it to their shop. Now they are saying it needs a new motor that will be at least $500. They are willing to provide the labor at no cost to replace it but we will have to pay for the motor and they will not take payments on the motor. $500 down to have a car for 12 days....doesn't sound like a good business practice to me. ...read more

I grew up in Chariton and have fond memories of Piper's. I live in California and make it a point to stop in whenever I am in Chariton and buy their delectable homemade candies. Their handmade chocolates, caramels and turtle candies are some of the best I've ever had.. In my opinion, better than the Mall "famous" name chocolate candy stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. The quaint little grocery store, gift shop, candy store is like stepping back in time. These guys are the worst HVAC company i have ever came across, and i have alot of rentals so i have met a few. They are way overpriced for one. The technicans are complete idiots that just start replacing parts that arent broken for two, and when i finally have had enough and question a real profesional about his service, the owner has the nerve to walk out on me after his 4th repair breaks again and my pipes freeze.
