I was a loyal customer for 15 years and thought they were great. I referred many people to them over the years. In the last 6 months they have become terrible. Problems on our 2 cars include, misdiagnosed brake problems, incorrectly installed brake assembly, stripped oil pan drain plug.||[]They said I needed a $800 air conditioning compressor, a different garage said it was fine and needed no repair. It is still working great so obviously the other garage was right. When they joined Tire Associates they went from being a caring||[]competent business to being overseen by a manager named Jay who is rude, dishonest and condensending to women.
