Go anywhere else but here, ANYWHERE! Pool & Spa is by far one of the worst businesses I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Right from the start they failed to complete our pool setup in the time frame they promised. That is perhaps the most frustrating part about dealing with this company. They seem to have a really hard time doing WHAT they say, or doing it WHEN they say. Every time I look at this pool, I sincerely regret getting it. Not only has my experience with Pool & Spa made me dislike them, it makes me hate my pool.
