They are awful, hidden fees and strick contracts that automatically renew and you have to jump through hoops to get out and they will find any reason to make you pay to cancel the contract. How many companies do you have to get a certified letter with a signature and a receipt sent to you that they got the signature 60 days before your contract ends... by the way 59days doesn't count. ...read more
