Her hygiene has not been maintained. her room at mill pond constantly smells like urine and dead cats from her roomate. she tells me how horrible the food is everytime i visit. she has lost alot of weight since moving in not illness related. issues at millpond are about impossible to deal with and would never reccomend or wish this place on anyone. i feel very bad for my grandma and wish i could get her out of there and to somewhere cleaner and where she recieves proper care. ...read more
