I have lived in Flummerfelt's trailer court for several years and attempt to maintain as few dealings with them as possible. They have no sympathy or compassion for any of their tenants. When the floods forced over 1/3 of the tenants to leave because their places were destroyed, Flummerfelt offered no assistance and still assured everyone that they would still be paying lot rents for their flooded trailers. They also have no type of emergency shelter for tornadoes or triages since the park was established before a certain year when they were not mandatory by law. Oh yes, they also have no problems with drilling into your place to put up unauthorized lot identification labels, even if you OWN YOUR PLACE. In the winter, the hired help is quite efficient at packing down any layers of snow until it is a perfectly slick mess. On top of it all, they have absolutely no people skills whatsoever and offer no help with any of the concerns of their tenants. Stay away from this landlord! ...read more
