Fred showed me homes while I was in town for two weeks. I am am looking for a seasonal home and am unsure what area in Florida I prefer. Over the two weeks, Fred showed me several homes. Too many to remember. He is very organized and efficient, and was always on time. Everything Fred showed me met my criteria of being a gulf access home. I want to have a sail boat, so it is important that I do not have any restrictions that prevent a sail boat. Fred made sure that he checked the gulf access restrictions before we looked and a home. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and quick to point out any possible issues with each home he showed me. I was not able to find exactly what I want this trip, but if I decided to purchase in the Tampa Bay area, Fred will be my Realtor of choice. Fred is professional, reliable and trustworthy.
