Flexible pricing is a cornerstone of the way we approach our business. Flat rate pricing ensures that you know the total price before the work begins, however, we also offer a reasonable hourly rate as an alternative. We always provide free estimates in San Luis Obispo, an estimation fee, which is waived upon acceptance of contract, is applied for those outside of city limits. All Angie's list members receive $20 off of any service call over $100 and $75 off any service call over $500!
