Saw this place a while ago and finally got the chance to get there. Went in and wasn't quite sure what to order cause most of it looked good, but finally decided on the soft rib. Friend had the oxtail. When the order came, it all looked awesome. Choi sum, some toasted? garlic, and the soft rib meat. Dove in and went to cut or bite the meat, and know what? The meat was so soft, I couldn't decide to use the spoon or the chopstick to cut it up. It was melt in your mouth awesome! The broth was light but flavorful, not really the thick rich type . Come to find out they make their own broth slow cooking it, don't use all the pork fat etc or powder base. All home made. including the char siu and gyoza.
