I went in look a small fuse for my front light on my vehicle. The young man told me they did not have it in stock., but asked me to follow him We went next door to another business, walked to the back of the store and opened the drawer to locate the right fuse. I was told that I need to get my headlights "cleaned" before I would be given a safety check- $30 a light. I already paid for the safety so I got the lights cleaned- no problem. This year I took my car in for a safety and was told by the attendant that I diDn't pass again. I needed to change my front and rear shocks, my battery had to be bolted down, and I had a chip in my window. The chip I was told was okay because it was small and out of the viewing area. I got the shocks repaired $700 and I bolted down the battery. When I took the car back to be rechecked I was told by the inspector that the tint on my car did not pass. I told the inspector that the was the SAME TINT I HAD ON IT LAST YEAR when they passed me. I had the paperwork from the previous year too. She told me maybe it was old. (disregard the 5 star rating in previous review) Was told car safety inspection would take 2 hours, so I left the car, they said they will call me. Went to grab lunch at Jack's got back in about 20 minutes, waited for over 1.5 hours before I walked to look for my car in the parking lot only to find that the inspection was done already. Went to cashier and asked why they did not call me, her reply was "they were probably too busy to call" Stay away from this business, the employees do not take pride in their service or their customers. ...read more
