This letter is to inform you that due to the inability of HFS Federal Credit Unions teller in the Kailua Kona branch TLR # 652, to properly take care of a simple request in a timely fashion. I contacted your Hilo branch today and spoke to Branch Manager Debra, and communicated my complaint. She informed me that she would let the branch manager in Kailua Kona know of the problem. Apparently "WHERE CARING COUNTS" doesn't apply to me and my complaint, otherwise someone would have contacted me. I have with-drawled majority of my funds, and I will be closing both of my accounts as soon as a final deposit clears by the 22nd of August. It would have been appropriate for this to have been handled professionally and in a timely fashion.
