Have you experienced Medical Collections? Maxine Waters, a minority leader with the House Financial Services Committee has proposed a Bill on Friday called H.R. 1767 that states that anyone who has had a medical collection bill from their credit report that has been PAID in full, the collection should be removed from their credit report indefinitely. This could be a good Bill due to the upcoming H.R. 3590, aka as Obamacare goes into effect, when not only our health care bills are processed, but our health care payments as well.
