We were warned by a local about this guy, but had already paid for our rental. Boy was he right. After picking up the bike, we took it right back. The suspension was shot, handelbars were loose & the gas gauge did not work. Not to mention it was pretty beat up & FILTHY dirty. Upon returning the bike the owner was very rude & began throwing profanities at my husband. It wasn't until the ownere started man handeling his wife that my husband finally lost his temper. I had a great experience at this store. I am new to the world of triathlons but man am I a Trigeek! Those guys and girl (there was a woman working that seemed to know a bit more than the guys) set me up for my first triathlon. I really did not feel like they were trying to "sell" me stuff, but felt like I was talking to a workout partner or something like that.
